Little Knights Learning Center - La Porte City Campus is excited to be open in La Porte City Elementary School! While we continue to work to building a center, we are thrilled to begin offering child care for our community earlier than expected!

LKLC-LPCC offers full-time and part-time child care for children six weeks through twelve years-old, including wrap-around care for four year-old preschool, before- and after-school for K-5 students of La Porte City Elementary, as well as summer programming!
Full-Time and Part-Time Care
6 weeks - 5 years
Infants aged six weeks and older, and early toddlers through 18 months will be snuggled, nurtured, and cared for in a calm yet stimulating room to help them learn and grow!
Two and three year olds will find fun and excitement in their room, including developmentally appropriate activities to encourage optimal growth and development in physical, cognitive, and social-emotional areas.

​Four and five year old children that need full-time care will experience creative, hands-on, and project-based learning with a focus on teamwork and positive self-image.
Our teachers will develop your child's academic, social, and emotional skills preparing them for pre-school and kindergarten!

4 Year-Old Preschool
Wrap Around Care
Children enrolled in four year-old preschool located within La Porte City Elementary will be escorted to and from preschool by our caring staff for either morning or afternoon sessions of preschool.
​
When in our care, they will continue to develop their skills with their peers in our fun, engaging classrooms.
​
On days with no preschool, children can attend LKLC-LPCC for the full day; communicate your schedule needs when you enroll.
Grade School Wrap Around Care
​Rest easy knowing that your school-aged child will have a safe place to go before school begins and once it is over. They will have a variety of activities to do as well as an opportunity to work on their homework.
​
Union Knights will also have a welcoming place to play on no school, late start, and early out days (exceptions for weather events may occur and will be communicated).
​
In the summer LKLC-LPCC will be an adventuresome, engaging place. Call today to inquire about LKLC-LPCC summer programs!
