Little Knights Learning Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with the mission to support and grow the community by providing high quality, easily accessible, and affordable childcare.
Our Board is comprised of dedicated community members including parents, educators, city council and community development members.

Work with Little Knights Learning Center - La Porte City Campus Board & Partners to raise funds to design and construct a state-of-the-art child care center.
This center will:

Prevent the loss of approximately 90 child care slots in the community, with the capacity for more

Provide safe, age-appropriate child care for children 6 weeks through school age

Create a growing partnership with Union Community Schools and local organizations and businesses

Incorporate indoor and outdoor learning spaces with the potential for 3-year-old preschool

Increase facility sustainability for the community through competitive wages and benefits

Provide high-quality training and opportunities for career advancement while also working with area schools to provide student training while augmenting staffing needs
